Randy
Google Business Profile support for Rivers DX.
Randy is a private operations assistant operated by Soulvere, Inc. on behalf of Rivers DX. It helps authorized Rivers DX team members work with Google Business Profiles for businesses they own or have permission to manage.
What the integration does
Randy’s initial Google Business Profile integration allows authorized team members to connect a Google account, identify accessible business accounts and locations, and retrieve business profile information.
The initial connection is used for account and location review. Changes to business profiles are not part of this initial functionality.
How authorization works
Access is granted through Google’s authorization screen. Randy does not receive your Google password.
Google may describe the requested permission broadly enough to include managing business profiles. The initial integration uses that permission only to retrieve account and location information.
Who can use Randy
Randy is intended for authorized Rivers DX personnel supporting businesses that have granted the necessary access. It is not available for public self-service registration.
Your control
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account’s third-party connections. For assistance disconnecting Randy or requesting deletion of stored information, contact sok.verdery@soulvere.com.
